Favourable, incredible setting not far from ocean front, the beach and swimming pools, and bars and restaurants. Really good staff with very useful tips.

I really enjoyed this place, everything was nice.

Great location with a tiki bar and burger place on the property. The beach chairs provided were a huge plus.

Beds were hard, service was bad, air conditioning didn't work and leaked all over the condo. Multiple calls to fix the air conditioning went unanswered.

Located in a beach area, favourable and incredible for everything i wanted to do. The facilities were perfect and it had everything you need.

This apartment is my first choice in Panama City Beach considering its great service and views of the beach. The location is fantastic and awesome, next to Club la Vela. The pool is nice — useful on hot days.

My husband and I had a fantastic time during our week-long stay at Summit Beach Resort. The beach view from our room was stunning, and the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a washer/dryer in the room. The on-site snack shops were a great bonus, as we didn't have to leave the property for our cravings. The two huge pools, hot tubs, and poolside grill were all excellent. The friendly bartenders, especially Mike, made our poolside experience even more enjoyable. Lastly, the location was perfect and we had a blast jet skiing and catching fish right off the beach.

Totally recommend this hotel.

The staff were helpful and attentive people, I had a really nice stay for a family vacation. Luxurious and gorgeous rooms with a pull out bed. There was a very clean pool and views of the beach and the pool.

I did not enjoy the smell of garbage . I did not enjoy the loud music from the Spinnaker next door. I did not enjoy being charged an extra 50 dollars for checking out 30 minutes late at 10:30. I did not enjoy staff.I did not enjoy the dirty ashtrays at entrance to elevators. NASTY!

The value for money was great and our room was spacious and well-stocked. The location was convenient and the staff treated us with politeness and respect.

Food for breakfast could be better, with more variety and options.

The only thing I liked about the condominiums werecthat it was on the beach!!!!!!!! Other than that, I will never recommend this spot to anyone!!!!!

Roaches where my children slept; not able to exchange any linens over the weekend; displeasing smell in the room; uncleanness of the entire room; moistness of entire room; old condo with much needed upgrades; no DVD player in bedroom; old furniture;

We truly enjoyed the location, it was favourable and perfect and next to Slingshot Pcb. More than that, it was just off the beach in front of the resorts, the tourist attractions and most things.

The property was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great, with key attractions and amenities nearby. The updated and cozy interior of the property made for a pleasant stay.

The air conditioning unit was not working properly, which made the trip very uncomfortable. Additionally, there were delays in getting the door lock to function properly and appliances like the stove and toaster were not in good working condition.

This is our second trip to the Summit. We love the resort because it has everything you need here. It is family-friendly, excellent security, close to many attractions and restaurants, has large pool area, access to beach area w/ air compressor to blow up floats...everything was well thought out for this resort. We will be returning for our family vacation.

The security staff was great. Very helpful and friendly. Location was good.

The front staff was not helpful or as friendly as security people. Ask for help with door because could not open. But never heard from maintenance and had to struggle with door for about 2 to 3 minutes before we could get in. Very stressful not knowing if we were going to be able to get in.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, up to date, and offered amazing views from the balcony. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the location was perfect with a great restaurant right across the street.

Regarding breakfast offerings, it would have been nice to have more variety.
